The Covid-19 pandemic and intimate partner violence against women in the EU / Eige, 2021/ "Spikes in domestic violence reports during Covid-19 lockdowns were a sad reminder that women frequently face the most danger from people they know. This study examines the action that EU Member States have taken to protect women from intimate partner violence during the pandemic and offers recommendations on what could be improved to ensure that victims have access to support services during times of crisis."
